Becca Jarrad Design Studio is seeking a part-time Interior Design Intern. We are an full-service interior design firm focused on residential work. We're seeking a candidate who is technically savvy, organized, detail oriented, a self starter, with a good sense of humor.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

-completing furniture floor plans and updating redlined elevations per request in CAD

-vendor account set up and maintenance

-assist in creating design presentations and prepping for design presentations

-communication with vendors to check stock, price and request samples

-manage studio inventory list

-create and manage social media content such as Instagram

-returning/retrieving memos to and from the merchandise mart and other showrooms

-maintaining client "binders" via Notion

-maintaining studio library

-additional admin tasks

 

 

Requirements:

 

-pursing your 3rd or 4th year of school

-proficient and well versed in multiple computer programs: auto cad, photoshop, mac based programs such as keynote

-10-20 hours per week

-has a car OR can easily manage taking CTA while arriving on time

-ability to change tasks often and thrive in doing so
